A rigorous low impact, high-intensity workout combining isometric sequences strategically designed to target tiny accessory muscles creating a lean, tight and sculpted hourglass shape. Our unique sequencing and approach to muscular redesign in ISOBURN is founded in Pilates and barre and utilizes light 1-2 lb. hand weights, 1-5 lb. ankle weights, resistance bands, sliders, and bodyweight. This class takes a methodical approach to the physique with dedicated sections targeting the trifecta: arms, abs and ass.
