ISOBURN’s low impact, high intensity, isometric sequencing with the addition of a HIIT to take it up a notch! ISOBURN is a rigorous low impact, high-intensity workout combining isometric sequences strategically designed to target tiny accessory muscles creating a lean, tight and sculpted hourglass shape. Our unique approach and sequencing to muscular re-design in ISOBURN is founded in Pilates and Barre and utilizes light 1-2 lb. hand weights,1-5 lb. ankle weights, resistance bands, sliders as well as bodyweight. This class takes a methodical approach to the physique with dedicated sections targeting the BURN Trifecta: arms, abs and ass with the addition of an extended stretch sequence that focuses on hip flexors, shoulders and core.
